Welcome to Draftera. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Draftera helps you organize the important documents in your personal life and create, sign, organize, and share business documents with AI, all kept in private workspaces you control.
1 The service
Draftera provides tools to create, scan, edit, sign, organize, share, and track documents on iPhone and the web. Features may change as the service improves. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and legally able to agree to these terms.
2 Your account and subscriptions
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity in your workspace.
- Draftera Pro is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The current price and subscription period are shown before purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
- Purchases made in the iOS app are billed to your Apple ID and managed through your App Store account. Web purchases are processed by Stripe and managed from Draftera billing settings. When you use the same Draftera account, an active Pro subscription can unlock eligible features on iPhone and the web.
3 Your content
- You own the documents, briefs, brand assets, and files you create or upload. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service (store, process, and display your content back to you and to people you share it with).
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
- You are responsible for reviewing every document before you rely on or send it.
4 AI-generated drafts are drafts
Documents are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or placeholder values in [brackets]. They are drafts, not professional advice. Legal documents such as NDAs, SAFEs, and contracts should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before use. Financial and investor materials are your responsibility to verify. Draftera is not a law firm and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
5 Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no using it to create unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material; no reselling generated output as an automated document-generation service of your own.
6 Billing, cancellation and changes
You can cancel at any time through the store where you subscribed. Cancellation stops future renewals and Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; refunds for web purchases are handled under applicable law and our billing support process.
We may change features or subscription prices. Price changes apply only as allowed by the relevant store and applicable law, with any required notice. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftera and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, generated documents. The service is provided without warranty.
8 Termination
You may stop using Draftera at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
